You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if: • The extension fails to work on your device due to technical issues we cannot resolve. • You purchased the license by mistake and have not used it extensively.

We may decline refund requests if: • The request is made after 7 days from the purchase date. • The license has been shared publicly or abused. • You simply 'changed your mind' after significantly utilizing the service for a large batch conversion project (e.g., converting thousands of files and then asking for a refund).

Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Once processed, it may take your bank 5-10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
